Some residents in Northwest D.C. say a pick-up truck full of trash is causing unwanted odors, spills and it’s now attracting rodents and other animals.

For several weeks, neighbors tell WUSA9 a silver ford truck with what appears to be temporary license plates, has been sitting outside the 3400 block of Mt. Pleasant Street NW, since May.

Ken Morgan, who lives in the area, said the truck is usually parked outside, early in the morning or late at night. And almost always full with all kinds of trash.
