Ludlow is urging residents to emphasize their hygiene habits after noticing an increase in rodents throughout the town.

“Rodents in general have a lot of diseases so people really need to be careful if they see a rodent,” said Health Director Paulina Matusik. “If they see an animal. It’s also rabi season, so just being educated and aware of the potential and harmful effects.”
